FRETmatrix - Simulation of FRET


Simulate and analyse base-base FRET



- The compiled version runs on Windows 32-bit and requires MATLAB Compiler Runtime (MCR) version 8.0 (R2012b, Win32-bit) installed. Download the MCR here. 


Getting started




New in version 1.1.1 (2013.07.10):

- FRETmatrix automatically checks if the user has the Bioinformatics Toolbox for MATLAB installed upon startup.
- Fixed bug when displaying the structure corresponding to the minimum on the chi-square surface (present only in the analysis part of the MATLAB version). Thanks to Moa Sandberg for pointing it out.

New in version 1.1 (2012.11.14):

- GUI made resizable to fit all monitors.
- GUI tab-order corrected.
- GUI compiled into a standalone executable not requiring MATLAB.
